At CHOBAK, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and care put into every frame we deliver. Each order is handmade and thoroughly checked before shipping. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

• You may request a return or refund within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.
  
  
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
  
  
  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition that you received it
    
    
• Custom captions or personalized frames are non-refundable unless damaged during transit.
  
  

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

1. Contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product at [email protected].
   
   
2. Please include:
   
   
   • Your order number
   • Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging
     
     
3. Once verified, we will either:
   
   
   • Send a replacement item at no extra cost
     Or offer a full refund, depending on the case
     
     
4. You may be asked to return the item — in such cases, return shipping will be arranged by us.
   
   

Non-Refundable Situations

• Any item returned more than 3 days after delivery.
  Custom caption products (unless damaged or misprinted).
  
  
• Items returned without prior communication or approval.
• Items showing signs of use or damage not due to transit.
  
  

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days:

1. First check your bank account again.
2. Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
   
   

Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via email with details.
