Welcome to CHOBAK. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or placing an order through our website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. General

1.1 CHOBAK reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.2 These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of CHOBAK.

2. Orders & Payment

2.1 All orders must be placed through our official website or via authorized communication with our sales team.

2.2 Orders are confirmed only after full or partial payment, depending on the nature of the service.

2.3 Payments are accepted through secure online gateways. CHOBAK does not store payment information.

2.4 Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

3. File Submission & Design Responsibility

3.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring their uploaded designs meet our file format, resolution, and content guidelines.

3.2 CHOBAK is not liable for printing errors caused by low-resolution files or incorrect color profiles (RGB vs CMYK) submitted by the customer.

3.3 We do not accept copyrighted material unless the customer provides documented permission.

4. Proofs & Approval

4.1 Proofs are provided for most orders upon request. The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the final photos.

4.2 Once a design is approved, CHOBAK is not responsible for any typographical, image, or layout errors.

5. Turnaround Time & Delivery

5.1 Standard turnaround time varies by product and begins after file approval and payment confirmation.

5.2 Delivery timelines may be affected by external factors such as courier delays or public holidays.

5.3 CHOBAK will not be held liable for delays once the package is handed over to the shipping partner.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Since each order is custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of:

• Production defects
• Damage during shipping
• Errors caused by CHOBAK during printing
  
  

6.2 All claims must be made within 3 business days of order delivery. Supporting photos and original packaging may be required.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content, designs, and materials provided by CHOBAK are the intellectual property of CHOBAK and may not be reused or reproduced without written permission.

7.2 Customer-uploaded content remains their intellectual property; however, by submitting content, you grant CHOBAK the right to use it solely for production and promotional purposes (unless stated otherwise in writing).

8. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

CHOBAK shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential losses
  
  
• Delays in delivery caused by third-party services
  
  
• Losses due to misuse or misinterpretation of printed products
  
  

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be handled by the courts of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan.
